Wide Awake at 2AM?
The Rogue Librarian’s Guide to Falling Asleep in 2 Minutes—Starting Tonight!
Amazon Price: $9.95 → Yours Today: $7.00

Let’s be honest. If you’re here, it’s probably because your nights look like this:
Tossing around like a rotisserie chicken.
Brain sprinting a marathon at midnight.
Googling “how to fall asleep fast” while your alarm clock smirks at you.
I get it. Sleepless nights feel endless. But what if you could flip the switch—and drift off in just two minutes?
That’s what this book is about. No fluff, no pills, no chanting “om” until the neighbors complain. Just a military-tested 2-minute method—backed by sleep science—adapted for normal humans (yes, even you).
I’m Will Swartz, your friendly neighborhood Rogue Librarian. I don’t do woo-woo nonsense. I dig through research, test it, and package what works—minus the jargon. This book is short, practical, and funny enough to keep you awake long enough to fix your sleep.

When I saw that this book was only about 5,000 words in length, I had my doubts about whether it would be worth reading. But, oh my goodness, I'm so glad I did...Other than showing me how to fall asleep faster, this little book made me laugh out loud at every paragraph. So funny, so entertaining, and highly recommended for anyone else out there who's tired of being tired!

Practical, Funny & Surprisingly Effective—But Very Short

This little guide delivers exactly what it promises: a simple, science-backed technique to fall asleep faster—explained in a clear, engaging voice. I tried the method on a restless night and was surprised at how quickly it worked. The downloadable tools are a bonus. My only wish? That there had been just a bit more depth or additional methods for variety. Still, if you’re tired of tossing and turning, this short read is well worth it. Smart, quick, and genuinely helpful.

The two-minute technique sounds too simple to be real, but I tried it on a night when my brain wouldn't stop replaying every awkward conversation I've had since middle school, and somehow I woke up eight hours later. The author explains the science behind why it works without getting all technical, and the sleep toolkit download has some genuinely useful checklists I actually use. Now I'm that annoying person who tells everyone about this book when they mention having trouble sleeping, which probably makes me worse than people who do CrossFit.

This is a refreshingly no-nonsense sleep guide—fast, funny, and functional. Perfect for insomniacs too tired to wade through dense research and just want a method that works tonight. It feels like exactly what it promises: a short, witty, and practical manual for the sleepless. Swartz writes in a voice that’s both irreverent and empathetic—half coach, half exhausted parent. The tone is conversational, playful, and peppered with self-deprecating humor. It’s lean and to the point.
Swartz introduces the military sleep method—a simple, tested technique for falling asleep under extreme conditions—then walks readers through why most conventional advice fails, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to build a two-minute sleep habit that sticks. It’s structured for quick wins: read tonight, apply tonight, sleep tonight.
The inclusion of the bonus Sleep Toolkit (checklists, worksheets, and resources) is a clever and genuinely useful extension. It gives the book a more interactive, hands-on feel.

I've used something like this for years. The way I was taught, you start your relaxation from the feet up rather than the head down. I'm sure the result is the same. I've always found it effective. Good luck.
